We do not store Credit/Debit Card Information

If you place an order online or purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processor or direct to paypal, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. These details are passed from you via our systems securely via SSL secure sockets layer encryption and/or tokenisation where numbers are replaced with alternative information to protect the actual credit card numbers.

How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

 

  • process orders that you have submitted
  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us
  • dealing with entries into competitions we may run
  • seek your views or comments on the services we provide
  • notify you of changes to our services

How long do we retain your information?

 

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. We work with service providers - such as credit card processors, a cloud ecommerce provider, an email marketing platform to support the Clive Adie Church Supplies websites and business operations. The personal information which we hold will be held.If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) other than via BigCommerce we will always obtain your consent first and ensure adequate safeguards apply.
